Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is challenging created by a man called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” wait for their response.
