Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is challenging created by a guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to make use of anything however the lyrics of this song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :
You: You gotta go and get angry at all of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I really hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, is the Lyric Prank.
A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do would be to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.
A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from a certain song to a certain person. The prank is mostly to troll the goal or to get them super confused.

A lyric prank is when you're texting someone the lyrics of a tune and they do not it. Example:
John: This has been a long day, without you my friend.
Jane: I know right. I haven't seen you all day long!
John: And I'll tell you exactly about it when I help you again.
Jane: Why don't you tell me at this time?
John: We've come quite a distance from where we began
Jane: WAIT!! You remember once we met? In 2nd grade!!
John: Oh I'll tell you exactly about it when I see you again.
Jane: Why can't you merely tell me now!!?
John: When I see you again.
Jane: Oh!! You intend to make it special!! When I help you again we shall talk.
Jane needs to come out of beneath the rock she lives under…
