Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is difficult developed by some guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a man or a member of family, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to make use of anything but the lyrics of that song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Maybe you have lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't go out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption

You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, is the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” await their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do would be to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of text messages sent using words from a certain song to a certain person. The prank is mainly to troll the mark or to obtain them super confused.
