Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is difficult developed by a guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a man or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to use anything but the lyrics of that song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at all my honesty
Mom: What ? Maybe you have lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't go out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption

Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texting sent using words from the certain song to a particular person. The prank is mostly to troll the mark or to obtain them super confused.
