Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge developed by some guy called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a relative, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to use anything but the lyrics of this song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at all my honesty
Mom: What ? Perhaps you have lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't go out of time, will someone call a referee ?

Mom: you're still up for adoption

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from the certain song to a certain person. The prank is certainly caused by to troll the mark or to have them super confused.
