Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by a man called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a member of family, depending on which the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to make use of anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at most of my honesty
Mom: What ? Perhaps you have lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” await their response. Then type another verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texting sent using words from a certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the goal or to have them super confused.
