Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is a challenge created by some guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a relative, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to utilize anything but the lyrics of this song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at most of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texting sent using words from the certain song to a certain person. The prank is mainly to troll the mark or to obtain them super confused.

A lyric prank is if you are texting someone the lyrics of a tune and they do not it. Example:

John: It's been a lengthy day, without you my friend.
Jane: I understand right. I haven't seen you all day!
