Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is challenging created by a guy called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a partner or a relative, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything but the lyrics of this song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I really hope I don't come to an end of time, will someone call a referee ?

Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” await their response. Then type another verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some text messages sent using words from a certain song to a certain person. The prank is mostly to troll the target or to get them super confused.
