You're not allowed to use anything nevertheless the lyrics of the song. Say for instance you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texts sent using words from the certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the mark or to obtain them super confused.
