Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by a guy called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a member of family, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to make use of anything but the lyrics of the song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at all my honesty
Mom: What ? Maybe you have lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I really hope I don't come to an end of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from a certain song to a certain person. The prank is certainly caused by to troll the goal or to get them super confused.
