Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is a challenge created by some guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a man or a relative, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to make use of anything but the lyrics of this song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Perhaps you have lost the plot again ?
You: You know I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't go out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption

You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” await their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texts sent using words from a certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the goal or to have them super confused.
