Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is challenging produced by some guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a man or a relative, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to utilize anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :
You: You gotta go and get angry at each of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type another verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.
A lyric prank is a series of texts sent using words from a certain song to a certain person. The prank is mainly to troll the target or to obtain them super confused.

A lyric prank is if you are texting someone the lyrics of a song and they don't it. Example:
John: It's been an extended day, without you my friend.
Jane: I know right. I haven't seen you all day!
John: And I'll inform you about it when I help you again.
Jane: Why don't you tell me today?
John: We've come a considerable ways from where we began
Jane: WAIT!! You remember once we met? In 2nd grade!!

Jane: Why can't you merely tell me now!!?
