Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is a challenge developed by some guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to make use of anything however the lyrics of that song. Say for instance you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?

Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?

A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texts sent using words from the certain song to a certain person. The prank is mostly to troll the prospective or to get them super confused.
