Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is challenging produced by a guy called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a relative, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything but the lyrics of this song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :
You: You gotta go and get angry at all of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I really hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, may be the Lyric Prank.
A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” await their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.
A lyric prank is some texts sent using words from the certain song to a certain person. The prank is mainly to troll the goal or to obtain them super confused.

A lyric prank is when you are texting someone the lyrics of a tune and they don't really it. Example:
John: It's been a long day, without you my friend.
Jane: I know right. I haven't seen you all day!
John: And I'll let you know all about it when I help you again.
Jane: Why don't you tell me at this time?
John: We've come a long way from where we began
Jane: WAIT!! You remember when we met? In 2nd grade!!
John: Oh I'll inform you all about it when I help you again.
Jane: Why can't you merely tell me now!!?
John: When I see you again.
Jane: Oh!! You wish to ensure it is special!! When I help you again we shall talk.
