Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by a man called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a member of family, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're banned to utilize anything but the lyrics of that song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't come to an end of time, will someone call a referee ?

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
