Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by a guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a member of family, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything but the lyrics of the song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Maybe you have lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from a certain song to a certain person. The prank is certainly caused by to troll the goal or to obtain them super confused.
