Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is difficult developed by a guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a companion or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to make use of anything but the lyrics of this song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: I am hoping I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texts sent using words from a certain song to a particular person. The prank is mostly to troll the target or to get them super confused.
