Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is challenging developed by a guy called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a relative, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything however the lyrics of the song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?

Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from the certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the prospective or to get them super confused.
