Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is a challenge created by a guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a partner or a relative, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're banned to utilize anything but the lyrics of that song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at most of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption

You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” await their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do would be to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texting sent using words from the certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the goal or to have them super confused.
