Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by some guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a relative, depending on which the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to use anything but the lyrics of this song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

Mom: What ? Perhaps you have lost the plot again ?
You: You know I try but I don't do to well with apologies

You: I hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from a certain song to a specific person. The prank is certainly caused by to troll the goal or to have them super confused.
