Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is challenging developed by a man called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a partner or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything but the lyrics of that song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at all my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I really hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, is the Lyric Prank.

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” await their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.

A lyric prank is some text messages sent using words from the certain song to a particular person. The prank is certainly caused by to troll the target or to obtain them super confused.

A lyric prank is when you're texting someone the lyrics of a tune and they don't it. Example:

John: It's been a long day, without you my friend.
Jane: I understand right. I haven't seen you all day long!
John: And I'll inform you exactly about it when I see you again.
Jane: Why don't you tell me right now?
John: We've come quite a distance from where we began
Jane: WAIT!! You remember when we met? In 2nd grade!!
John: Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again.
Jane: Why can't you only tell me now!!?
John: When I help you again.
Jane: Oh!! You wish to ensure it is special!! When I help you again we shall talk.
