Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is challenging developed by a man called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a member of family, depending on which the song is) song lyric.

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” await their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texts sent using words from a certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the target or to have them super confused.

A lyric prank is when you are texting someone the lyrics of a song and they don't really it. Example:
