Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by a man called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to make use of anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for instance you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at each of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I really hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption

Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some texting sent using words from the certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the mark or to obtain them super confused.
