Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is a challenge developed by some guy called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a member of family, depending on which the song is) song lyric.
You're banned to use anything but the lyrics of that song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at each of my honesty
Mom: What ? Maybe you have lost the plot again ?
You: You know I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type another verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of text messages sent using words from the certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the goal or to get them super confused.

A lyric prank is when you are texting someone the lyrics of a song and they don't it. Example:

Jane: WAIT!! You remember whenever we met? In 2nd grade!!
John: Oh I'll let you know about it when I see you again.
Jane: Why can't you simply tell me now!!?
John: When I help you again.
Jane: Oh!! You intend to make it special!! When I help you again we will talk.
