Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is difficult created by a man called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a man or a member of family, depending on which the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to utilize anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You understand I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't run out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some text messages sent using words from the certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the prospective or to have them super confused.
