Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge created by a guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a sweetheart or a family member, depending on which the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to utilize anything but the lyrics of the song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at each of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You know I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't come to an end of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, may be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I can barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do would be to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of text messages sent using words from the certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the target or to obtain them super confused.

A lyric prank is when you're texting someone the lyrics of a song and they don't really it. Example:

John: It's been a lengthy day, without you my friend.
Jane: I understand right. I haven't seen you all day long!
John: And I'll inform you all about it when I help you again.
Jane: Why don't you tell me at this time?
John: We've come quite a distance from where we began
Jane: WAIT!! You remember once we met? In 2nd grade!!
