Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes known as the lyric challenge, is difficult created by some guy called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a man or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything but the lyrics of the song. Say like you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You know I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't go out of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type another verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texts sent using words from a certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the prospective or to have them super confused.
