Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is a challenge created by a man called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a man or a member of family, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're banned to make use of anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something similar to this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I could barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from the certain song to a certain person. The prank is mainly to troll the prospective or to get them super confused.
