Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is challenging produced by a man called Mike Fox. The fundamental ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a partner or a relative, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're banned to use anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for instance you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.
A lyric prank is a series of text messages sent using words from the certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the target or to get them super confused.
