Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is difficult developed by a man called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a partner or a relative, depending about what the song is) song lyric.

You: I hope I don't go out of time, will someone call a referee ?

Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.
A lyric prank is whenever you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - await a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.
A lyric prank is a series of texting sent using words from the certain song to a certain person. The prank is mainly to troll the mark or to have them super confused.
