Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is a challenge developed by a man called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the process are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a family member, depending on which the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything however the lyrics of the song. Say for instance you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at every one of my honesty
Mom: What ? Have you lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I hope I don't come to an end of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption

You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …
See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.





A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” await their response. Then type another verse, “And all I wanna do is always to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some text messages sent using words from a certain song to a particular person. The prank is mainly to troll the target or to obtain them super confused.
