Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge developed by some guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a family member, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to make use of anything but the lyrics of this song. Say for example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But what you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” wait for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will often be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is some text messages sent using words from a certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the prospective or to obtain them super confused.
