Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes called the lyric challenge, is difficult produced by some guy called Mike Fox. The essential ‘rules'of the challenge are that you text someone (usually a boyfriend or a relative, depending about what the song is) song lyric.
You're prohibited to use anything but the lyrics of that song. Say for instance you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something like this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

You: You gotta go and get angry at most of my honesty
Mom: What ? Maybe you have lost the plot again ?
You: You realize I try but I don't do to well with apologies
Mom: that's certainly true. What's this even about michael (??)
You: I am hoping I don't come to an end of time, will someone call a referee ?
Mom: You're up for adoption
You: -_-
You: IT'S A PRANK
Mom: you're still up for adoption
You: …

A lyric prank is once you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But everything you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the following verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - wait for a response.
Their response will most likely be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - simply take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.







A lyric prank is a series of text messages sent using words from a certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the mark or to get them super confused.
