Basically, the lyric prank, or sometimes referred to as the lyric challenge, is a challenge produced by a man called Mike Fox. The basic ‘rules'of the task are that you text someone (usually a man or a family member, depending on what the song is) song lyric.
You're not allowed to use anything nevertheless the lyrics of the song. Say as an example you used ‘Sorry'by good ol'Justin Bieber, your conversation would go something such as this (let's just use your clueless mom) :

See ? And that, ladies and gentle men, could be the Lyric Prank.
A lyric prank is when you text your friend, family or significant others lyrics to a song. But that which you do is you text them in single sentences and be cryptic, like: “I'm so into you, I will barely breathe” watch for their response. Then type the next verse, “And all I wanna do is to fall in deep” - watch for a response.
Their response will usually be confusion. That example is Ariana Grande “Into You” - just take the lyric and send your “victim” the text.
A lyric prank is some texts sent using words from the certain song to a specific person. The prank is mostly to troll the target or to get them super confused.
